Ways to Use Egg Basket's

Egg baskets serve several purposes they can be functional or decorative but they are not just for egg gathering.
Functional egg baskets are used for collecting and washing farm fresh eggs from your hens. They can also be used to organize, display, and store or hold items, such as yarn balls, craft items, decorative items, small clothing items, toys, books, magazines, and household items.
Decorative egg baskets can be beautiful, charming, give a down home appeal, and look great as counter decorations, table decorations, yard decorations, and even chicken coop decorations. Decorative wire, wicker or woven egg baskets can be used in the same ways as functional egg baskets and are a great way to put your beautiful farm fresh eggs on display when serving cooked boiled eggs for a picnic, social function, or when presenting farm fresh eggs as a gift to family, neighbors, or friends.
Wire egg baskets are best used for collecting eggs because they are sturdier and will hold up longer than wicker or woven baskets. Wire baskets can be a cute way to store your eggs in the fridge, however, eggs stay fresher longer in egg cartons.
