Clean Roosting Bars After Infestations With Hydrogen Peroxide
After treating your chickens for parasites give your coop a good scrub down with soap and water. Pour hydrogen peroxide into a spray bottle and spray roosting bars and nest boxes with a good amount, wait five minutes, then wipe down with an absorbent lint free cloth and follow with a coop disinfectant. Doing this will help remove blood stains and pull hiding mites out of the roost.
