March 16, 2020-There is no scientific evidence that people can contract the Corona Covid 19 virus from chickens. The egg and poultry industry is taking a hit world wide due to fake news on social media implying that it is spread by them even though reputable sources state it could have come from bats or anteaters who carry this same virus that people are getting in the current outbreak.
